Handling of Scratches and Sand Paper Marks on New Paint Film

Main reasons of scratches and sand paper marks on new paint film

1. Use too rough sand paper for under layer sanding, or, the filling layer is not thick enough;

2. The paint film is not dried enough, so that the paint film is not hard enough

3. Use wrong hardener

Prevention and Solutions:

1. After the filler be painted, spray sanding guidence layer, the handle faultiness, like sand paper marks etc.

2. If scratches and sand paper be happened, polish paint film after it is fully dried.

3. If polishing does not work, then, need to sand areas with faultiness, re-finish those paint film.
