How to Handle Orange Peel

Main reasons of Orange Peel

1. Unsuitable solvent be used,

2. Spray nozzle is too big, or spray air-pressure is too low,

3. Spray viscosity is too high,

4. Spray too thick film, or, spray skill is not good enough,

5. Unsuitable painting process.

Handling solution of Orange Peel

1. Sand film by No.1500 wet sand paper, use wax or polish paint film,

2. If No.1 solution does not work, then, need to sand whole top paint film, and re-spray.
